"I can highly recommend the mobile valeting services of DCS Valeting. The scuttle board in my Vauxhall Vectra became blocked with leaves and debris, and water leaked into the passenger footwell, completely soaking the carpet. I needed this unusual problem sorted out asap, outside of working hours, as I live in Wimbledon and work in North London. Dean was able to come round in the evening at very short notice and dry out the carpet as best as possible, spending two and a half hours on the problem. He even phoned a tool hiring company to see if I wanted to hire a special carpet drying machine, but I decided against that due to the cost. Dean took the initiative to sort out the smell left by the wet carpet as well, and even left car air fresheners, unasked, when he came back a few days later to give the car a good clean inside and out. I was in a real dilemma as to how to sort out this unusual problem, particularly with it being so urgent, and not being able to get any time off work to see to it. Dean was flexible, took initiative to sort it out and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is also extremely polite and friendly - a pleasure to do business with!"
